Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) sets strict rules on consent for commercial electronic messages. We build databases and campaigns with CASL in mind — including consent tracking, identification and unsubscribe requirements — and we'll tell you honestly what is and isn't appropriate for your situation.
